Click Text Tool, write the text you want to outline. Once done writing the text, right click the mouse and choose Path from Text. Then add new layer fill with transparency. Then click Edit menu, choose Stroke Path, then Stroke line specify desired line width in our examples is 8px. Its done!!! After stroking the path, the outlined text will be on the new layer we have created earlier.
